We keep your addresses up to date, which means lower postage costs, fewer returns and less wastage.

Undeliverable mailings incur additional production postage and handling costs every time. There are also redresses that tie up resources and slow down processes.

1. Correction of postal addresses in Quickmail extranet (free)

• Upload your recipient details directly to the Quickmail extranet.
• During routing, the street, postcode and town are automatically checked and corrected where necessary.
• You will receive a cleaned-up data file for the production of your mailings.
• Important: Quickmail does not check whether a person actually lives at the address or whether a company is domiciled there.

2. Address correction*

• With our address correction service, you can identify and correct invalid recipient details, relocation addresses and changes from official reports (e.g. deaths) before production and dispatch.
• You save costs through fewer redresses, avoid postage losses and reduce wastage.

3. Address matching*

• With our address matching service, we merge large recipient databases from multiple customer files, supplement them with additional information (e.g. PO Box) and compare them in multiple stages against our own addresses as well as external reference data from different sources.
• You reduce duplicates and data volumes in the production file, avoid multiple shipments and thus reduce printing, letter shop and postage costs from the very first mailing.

4. Address updates*

• With our address update service, we analyse your address database and, where possible, update relocation addresses. Recipients who have moved to an unknown address and duplicates are clearly marked in the master database and excluded from mailings for production.
• You bring down shipping and production costs by reducing print runs, avoid undeliverable mailings and increase the efficiency of future mailings.
• Doing this regularly is recommended in order tomaintain high data quality over the long term.

5. Purchase or rent addresses*

• If you do not have enough or any recipient addresses for addressed mailings, you can conveniently select addresses via the online shops of our partners AZ Direct or KünzlerBachmann.
• Select target areas, refine your selection (e.g. by household characteristics or comparison with your existing addresses) and get a tailor-made address database for your mailing.

How Quickmail handles undeliverable mailings

• Quickmail’s quality department automatically records and checks all mailings that are declared undeliverable by our carriers.
• On request, undeliverable mailings can be forwardedor a second delivery attempt can be made.
• After each mailing, senders receive an Excel file free of charge with all redresses, including details of the reason for unsuccessful delivery.
• Basic service: Electronic recording and subsequent disposal of undeliverable mailings. You save on postage and disposal costs.
• Optional additional services: Other types of handling (e.g. return of undeliverable mailings to the sender or individual handling), can be selected freely in the Quickmail extranet.

Greater peace of mind during delivery

• Indirect track & trace: Deliveries are recorded and documented in groups –for complete transparency.
• Undeliverability analysis: Unusual rates are checked and help to improve data quality in the long term.
